Happi coats have a history as uniforms/role wear that began with firefighters (fire brigade) in the Edo period.
This special outfit creates a sense of solidarity and excitement at festivals.
The creator, fascinated by the changes in emotion,
It was born from the idea of ​​"Can we create a happi coat that is more familiar and can be worn more everyday?"

As a "Japanese coat" that can be worn on an everyday basis ,
It has been reconstructed using Theo α® vertical pongee material, which is breathable and wrinkle-resistant.

・Vertical pongee, which has a vertical transparency, has been a favorite material for summer kimonos and happi coats since ancient times. ・The long length makes it easy to wear on a daily basis. ・Equipped with pockets on both sides for ease of use.
- The front hooks make it easy to close without the need for a belt. - The cuffs are accented with bias tape in the same color.
