From Order to Delivery

WANONUNO, building on the flag-making tradition of Asakusa Kappabashi, tailors each piece of fabric according to its purpose and placement.
Even if the size, quantity, or design is not yet finalized, it's perfectly fine. Here, we'll explain how the process unfolds, from your initial inquiry to delivery.
Inquiry
Please contact us via the inquiry form or email. At this stage, it is not necessary to have all the specifications finalized. A general idea of "I want to create something like this" is sufficient.
Hearing
We will ask about the purpose, installation location, size, quantity, budget, and other details. The more specific information we receive about where the fabric will be placed and how it will be used, the more accurate our proposals will be.
Proposal and Quotation
We will propose materials and specifications suitable for your purpose and provide a quotation. We may offer multiple options depending on your request.
Design Confirmation
You can use your existing data as is, or we can create a design for you. We will proceed to the next step after you confirm the final design.
Order Placement
Once you are satisfied with the details, please place your official order. Production will begin from this point.
Production
Each item is tailored individually at our domestic factories. We select the appropriate manufacturing method for each product, be it noren, happi coats, tenugui, or furoshiki. We meticulously refine even the subtle details, such as the feel and lightness of the material, and the quality of the stitching, which may not be apparent in the finished product.
Inspection
Each finished item is individually checked.
Delivery
We ship and deliver both domestically and internationally.
